Can I Exchange My Item?

All products purchased from Pahnava Wear are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item received does not match the product originally ordered or its stated specifications.
  • The exchange request is reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and any included accessories must be intact.

Note: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may require clear photographic or video evidence before approving the exchange.

When Is an Exchange Not Accepted?

An exchange request may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The request is made after the specified exchange period.
  • The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Original tags, packaging, accessories, or other items included with the order are missing.
  • The product is damaged due to improper use or care.
  • The requested replacement item is unavailable.

Exchange Delivery Charges

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us using a courier service of your choice.
  • A Rs. 250 exchange delivery fee will be charged for the replacement item and collected through Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • The replacement product will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund & Money-Back Policy

  • Pahnava Wear does not offer cash refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.
  • Approved requests will be processed as an exchange/replacement only, subject to the availability of the required product.

Important Note

All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Pahnava Wear reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
